Microarray combining an overlapping peptide scan through the full length sequence of HIV env, gag, pol and nef. Sequences are based on the Alignment of HIV Sequences at LANL (http://www.hiv.lanl.gov/content/sequence/NEWALI GN/align.html, Version 2016). The coverage of the library for all sequences in the respective alignment is for ENV 60%, GAG 76%, NEF 59% and POL 84%. RepliTope™ Antigen Collection HIV UltraJPT Peptide Technologies applies its unique peptide microarray platform to generate peptide microarrays on glass slides displaying a versatile library (5867 15 mer peptides) with high clade coverage of the entire immunogenic HIV 1 proteome. It can be used for high resolution epitope mapping, immunomonitoring and biomarker discovery. Peptides are immobilized on glass slides via a flexible linker by chemoselective coupling. The covalently attached peptides are displayed in three copies on each slide. In addition, multiple identical copies of each microarray are produced. Incubation can be performed manually or automated using only minimal amounts of your sample. Read-out via fluorescence results in low background and high sensitivity.
